This Refund Policy is incorporated by reference into the GetCited Terms of Service and applies to all paid Services from GetCited.
Refundable: A 100% refund is available if requested within 24 hours of payment, regardless of whether work has begun. We typically begin audit work within 24 hours of payment, and after that point the work cannot be undone.
Not refundable: No refund is issued more than 24 hours after payment, including if you change your mind, cancel before delivery, or are dissatisfied with the audit findings.
Refundable: A 100% refund is available if requested within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours, no refund is issued.
Not refundable: No refund once the audit or fix plan work has begun.
Refundable: A 100% refund is available if requested within 24 hours of payment and before implementation has begun.
Not refundable: No refund once implementation work has begun (typically within 1–2 business days of intake completion).
Cancel anytime: You may cancel future months at any time by emailing helpto@getcited.online with the subject "Cancel subscription." Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing cycle. You will continue to receive Services through the end of the period you have paid for.
Not refundable: No refund is issued for any month already paid, including the first month, regardless of when in the month you cancel.

To request a refund under this section, email helpto@getcited.online with the subject line "Refund request — [Your Business Name]" and a brief description of the circumstances. We will respond within five (5) business days.
Email helpto@getcited.online with the subject line "Refund request — [Your Business Name]". Include your payment confirmation number. Eligible refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.

We do not require a reason for cancellation and will not impose obstacles beyond what is needed to verify your identity and intent.
We strongly prefer resolving any concern directly. If you have a billing question or are unsure whether you are eligible for a refund, please email helpto@getcited.online first — we will respond promptly and work in good faith to resolve any reasonable concern.
If, despite that, you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we reserve the right to: (a) suspend or terminate the engagement until the dispute is resolved; (b) withhold any unpaid deliverables; and (c) pursue collection of any amounts validly owed under our agreement.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer-protection law or your card network's rules.
We may modify this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply only to purchases made after the revised "Last updated" date. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase.
