These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at getcited.online (the "Site") and the services offered by GetCited ("we", "us", "our", or the "Company"), including the AI Referral Report and any related advisory or implementation engagement (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing the Site, submitting an intake form, or purchasing any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase the Services.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a business, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity, and "you" refers to that entity.
GetCited provides AI visibility analysis, reporting, and optimization recommendations for businesses. Our service tiers include:
Specific deliverables, scope, and timeline for each Service are described on the Site at the time of purchase and may be further specified in an order confirmation or engagement summary.
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract. The Services are intended for business use, not for personal, family, or household purposes.
To receive the Services, you must provide accurate information about your business, including business name, website URL, location, services, and competitors. You agree that:
Current pricing is published on the Site. Prices may change at any time, but prices in effect at the time of purchase apply to that order.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize GetCited and Stripe to charge the applicable fees to the payment method you provide.
The Monthly Monitoring plan is billed automatically each month until cancelled. By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges.
You may cancel a Monthly Monitoring subscription at any time by emailing helpto@getcited.online with the subject "Cancel subscription." Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key points:
THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL CAUSE OR CONTRIBUTE TO ANY SPECIFIC OUTCOME, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: improved citations, mentions, or recommendations by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI, Copilot, Claude, or any other AI system; increased website traffic, lead volume, customer acquisitions, or revenue; any specific position in any AI-generated answer, knowledge panel, or search result.
The Services improve the public signals that AI systems are likely to use when evaluating a business. GetCited does not control any third-party platform, AI provider, directory, or review site.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
GetCited's methodology, scoring rubric, prompt frameworks, audit templates, internal tools, and report formats are the Company's intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the deliverables for your internal business purposes.
You may not:
You retain all rights to your business information, brand, content, and customer data. You grant GetCited a limited license to use that information solely to perform the Services.
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with the Services.
These obligations survive termination and continue for three (3) years, except that trade secrets remain confidential for as long as they qualify as trade secrets under applicable law.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GETCITED'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID GETCITED IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
GETCITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST OPPORTUNITIES, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM.
Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach if the breach is not cured within fifteen (15) days of written notice. GetCited may suspend or terminate the Services immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or engage in conduct harmful to our business.
Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due.
GetCited may modify the Services or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the Site with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute by good-faith negotiation for at least thirty (30) days before initiating any formal legal proceeding.
